In line with government’s drive to repositioning the Federal Civil service for efficiency and service delivery, the Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare alligns with the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) System to digitize and streamline its operations.
The ECM entrenched and encapsulated in the Federal Civil Service Strategy Implementation Plan (FCSSIP 2021-2025) is aimed at promoting digital transformation and improving service delivery in the civil service.
To this end, the top management of the Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare and it’s entire staff fully embraces ECM as a game changer; ensuring digitizing internal workflows- which means better, faster and, more reliable service delivery to citizens.
As it goes Live coming Monday 2nd June 2025 , the Ministry is announcing its readiness to embrace and, adopt Less paper, Less printing , Less waste as it’s mantra to go green with ECM for achieving a sustainable eco-friendly work place.
