The Federal Ministry of Health is committed to collaborating with University of West London in areas of Elderly Care within the context of HEPIQ-C Project, provision of training, development of healthcare workforce on geriatric care and ageing at Masters and PhD. Level, and also collaborate in grant applications on research and training on ageing and dementia care.

The Federal Ministry of Health is planning to expand the scope of the Memorandum of Understanding, considering University West London (UWL) as one of the leading training university in paramedics in UK, couple with the fact that Nigeria Government is at the top gear to roll out its National Emergency Medical Services and Ambulance System (NEMSA).

The Federal Ministry of Health acknowledged and appreciate the PhD. scholarship granted to the Nigerians by University of West London (UWL).
